State of the Practice Issue -- Typically written by scientist-practitioners, each peer-reviewed piece would discuss best practices in a designated area of relevance to today’s business world (e.g., Succession Planning; High Potential Identification). In addition, and most important, each piece will discuss the type of research that is needed to inform practice. This will promote science/practice ideals and further support the notion of evidence based management.
Interdisciplinary Connections Issue -- Featuring a topic of importance across disciplines, this issue is designed to stimulate thought and boundary spanning for future work. Each article will be written from a particular disciplinary perspective, including methods, literature review, and general thinking in that field.
